These Terms of Service govern the use of guiarx.com and all low-level systems engineering, AFL++ vulnerability fuzzing, and mobile application development engagements provided by GUIAR OQBA (قيار عقبة — GUIARX).
All vulnerability discovery audits (AFL++ / custom fuzzing), low-level C/C++/Assembly software development, and Android application projects are executed under written scope-of-work specifications, milestone deliverables, and explicit authorization from the client.
Published vulnerability advisories, cryptographic research papers, and custom tooling descriptions on guiarx.com remain the intellectual property of GUIAR OQBA. Client-commissioned source code ownership is transferred upon milestone completion as defined in the project agreement.
